They were helpful in evaluating the energy efficient level of my home that I used to apply for the 25% partial refund for the mortgage insurance rebate I received. They also offer guaranteed service refunds if your application for the rebate is not approved. Enerhome Consulting Limited is very a knowledgeable. A friend referred me to EnerHome, and I applied for the 25% mortgage financing insurance refund through their company.

The processing was smooth starting from the energy efficiency accessment to guiding us with filling out the refund application. Communication was top notch, and they kept checking in with us until we received our refund from Canada Guaranty.

I googled them and reached out for the evaluation to be done. Was impressed by their policy to refund the evaluation fee if I did not get the refund, which I hadn't seen elsewhere. They were professional and got the report ready in a couple of weeks

Great service witj home energy evaluation, responded to the initial request very fast, didn't charge extra to come to rural Alberta, report was done within promised time frame. Unfortunately our loan application was rejected. This is the only company that refunds your money if the loan gets rejected. Refund was received within 1 day of submitted rejection proof. Thank you! Will definitely use them in the future

Just speechless. Stay away form this company. They use Quebec cell phones, and don't keep appointments....we got the feeling that it was all a scam. Like how many times can you have car trouble How many times can you change an appointment Not professional at all.
