We needed to get our "Greener Homes" evaluation done in a timely manner, so we selected one of the local companies on the list. They contacted us within a couple of weeks, and were very easy to work with as far as scheduling the necessary inspections. The actual inspections were done well, and Kevin was happy to explain various aspects of the grants and the inspection itself. When we did have a question, they were very responsive both by phone and by email. Definitely recommend them for this service.

I would like to highly recommend technician Sean and the officer Kevin because of their Outstanding A/S(after service).

I had the Post-retrofit evaluation by Sean on last Sunday morning(on July 23, 2023)and got my report afternoon on the same day.
I had two questions about the report so I left a Voicemail for my inquiry on Monday morning(on July 24). After that, Kevin gave me the update in the morning, as well as, Sean emailed me to explain everything I would like to know on the same day afternoon(on July 24).
I was really happy with their response and performance.
*P.S.: I am still waiting for my Invoice from the window company. I’ll send you the Invoice when I will get.

Terrible customer service & I would definitely not recommend this company. Kelly Smith, the Admn., indicates she prefers to communicate via email. That's fine, except she doesn't respond to emails in any kind of timely manner, i.e. 1 week or never. And there is only one tel. # for the company. They never answer the phone directly, so you have to leave a vm, & of course is never answered. You must pay for their services upfront, which is fine, if you could actually receive the reports you've paid for. I finally received my Pre-retrofit report after almostma month & the Advisor who prepared the report, lists the wrong company tel.# on his reports. The phone # the Advisor lists on his reports, belongs to some woman who has nothing to do with business. Imtold them this, but no one seems to care. Yikes!! I could go on, but enough said. Just go somewhere else to get your evaluation completed.

I had applied for greener home grant program and I was trying to find somebody local to do the inspections for that and I came to knew about energy worx. I have to say these guys are very professional, know what they are doing, make you understand the whole
Process and help with all the question you have. If you are applying for the grant and need inspection done call these guys, the best in town and best part is that they are local and we always try and support local businesses. Kevin was very helpfull and it’s a family own business and I liked the way the whole family works together. All the best.

The person who visited our home and conducted the test was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. They answered our questions clearly and with a obvious understanding of the Greener Homes initiative and more general home energy efficiency issues. If all of Energy Werx home energy efficiency auditors are as competent as the person we dealt with obviously is, we unreservedly recommend dealing with them.
