I dropped off three bags, and two bags were not counted. Watch out for the homeless population that steals bags. The staff seems to not care about it when I raised the issue.

Has some good staff, could use a few more at times though. Also was much nicer doing business when there was fresh air intake like before. Too hot in summer, very stuffy and muggy. Otherwise does the job.

first time coming here this morning and i am quite pleased after my experience. it was clean and was able to score a table as they opened. the system they have is great! you bring your cans to the front and they cash them right in front of you. i proceeded to bring $10 worth at a time so it would be easier for both parties to keep track since i had 1000+ cans/bottles. staff are friendly and helpful when i had questions. i’ll be coming back!

Took all the cans there since March 2020. They're cleaned and counted in large clear bags. So it was quick. Lots of staff working and continued cleaning. They were even cleaning the windows, which you dont see often in other establishment.

I had everyything bagged and numbered and it went perfect except when i trird to return 5 18.5 liter bottles. The depot does not accept them for the 10.00 deposit i paid and said i had to return them to the sore where i bought them. Well no frills no longer takes them back. I am out 40.00$ and am forced to put them in the land fill. Not a good place for the plastic bottles. I am very dissapointed in the bottle depot for not taking them when it is my only choice to keep them out of the land fill. Now what.

This location does not take any other drink containers other than the ones we pay a deposit on. Also will not recycle glass and plastic food containers. Containers have to be sorted at this facility and can be very time consuming. I have been to many other recycling facilities in other municipalities that take any and all containers without issue. Not sure why this facility discriminates against containers without deposits on them. Was told I had to drive around to other facilities in town to dispose of my other containers. Seems a bit counterproductive to be driving around burning fuel to recycle containers.

Just put a label on each bag, drop it in the bin. They sort all your returnables within a few days and e-transfer you the funds. Super convenient and no extra cost.
