Pretty much all the Bottle depots rip people off, whether it be at the Depot or with the Express automated sorting. Also, it says right in the encorp website they will not correct any shortages when the count is wrong when you go drop off the bags to be automatically sorted. There's no recourse .
Just another way to rip people off.
The head office and company do not care. It's also extremely hard to even get in touch with anybody to deal with this, as many depots don't even have email and don't even answer the phone, and then they'll argue with you and refuse to look at the cameras to prove that they've shorted you... beware and make sure you have everything counted and keep track of all the numbers precisely and double check before you leave. They'll look for any chance to rip you off

great idea but do not believe the depot people can count, they can't and interestingly THEIR count is ALWAYS short. I have tested them many times, with triple count (3 people) prior to delivery. So for the 'convenience' expect to get ripped off a few cans/bottles from each bag. Head office does nothing about it.

The worst organisation structure.No professionalism, with staff lacking competence in all areas i.e customer care,management level...No direct contacts available for communication with the board or the ceo to express any complaints or concerns as a customer directly, which cannot be sorted out by the junior or management level staff.

Registered an online acct and now i just drop off my bottles and they do all the work. Get paid by etransfer. Fabulous service

Have notice at different drop off points get different refund amounts on I only now get 8 cents back from my "deposit " of 10 cents Also another one if I use the Drop off service they promote only get 5 cents back from my 10 cent " deposit why they even call it a deposit if you dont even get the full amount back anymore

Neither the location or head office do nothing to address any issue. Hard to ask location staff (Scott Rd & 66 Ave) any question because of foreign language problems.
