Barrie has changed our waste pickup to this company. I cannot say enough good about them. Our garbage and recycling has been picked up in a timely manner every week and the boxes have been set back on my driveway, not in the middle of the road as previous company. The operators are very friendly and give a smile or a wave when they see you. Keep up the good work!

I live in an area where this company collects recycling on a bi-weekly basis.
Last week, I stood at the end of my driveway as I was hoping to ask the operator a question.
To my utter dismay and surprise, the driver did not make eye contact nor did he even acknowledge me with any response...just nothing.
I could not believe what I was witnessing and definitely felt as though there was extreme racism in the situation.
Very poor customer service skills by the particular driver.

Absolutely garbage company. As good as what they are picking up. Barrie just got them under contract and they don't pick up the bins. Never had worse service in the 14 years I've lived here.

This company is corrupt . I've seen rear pack trucks and side loading trucks mixing organic and garbage into the same truck . They leave a mess all over the road too . I hope they don't get the next contract for peel region . Anything is better than these guys .

Had a driver come on the street yesterday spitting profanities at my neighbor. Apparently he didn't get out of there way fast enough. Crazy how people conduct themselves nowadays!!!

The recycling pickups routinely “accidentally” throw the empty bins belonging to people of colour into the street. Strange.
