KaiLani is a good teacher because she lives her teachings. I would consider her to be a great mentor. It is evident that she takes great pride in the WLA methods and practices and is excited to share them with others. She is supportive of community and often invites students and friends to participate in meaningful events throughout the year.
I took both WLA 1 & 2. I think the fundamental practices are truly transformative when you work with them consistently. I received great value out of the kinesiology, gratitude, reflexology, meditation and spiritual practices in the courses.
She also offers hands on treatments to supplement the course work, which enables students to have further progress. This is key. And her guidance in breath work is amazing. I was skeptical about doing the breathwork online, but that experience was wild and yet safe and definitely profound. I felt truly held and supported in that space. I truly appreciated that and would definitely say was the highlight of the course. I also use the reflexology in my yoga practices and daily practices on self and have noticed subtle changes.

KaiLani, thank you deeply from the bottom of my heart for offering such a beautiful event 🩷 I am so grateful to have you and your healing modalities in my life! It was such a fresh breath of air to get into the body and out of the mind. I came feeling excited and looking to progress on my healing journey with underlying feelings of frustration and irritability from a heavy start to the week with work. Feelings of I’m good enough or I am not valued as an individual arose yesterday and today before my arrival. During the practice and afterwards I felt a deep sense self love, self esteem and worthiness. It was really beautiful to let go and surrender to a flow state. I left feeling very in tune with my body, feelings, and needs. Our dance journey helped reassure me that I am capable, strong, and worthy of being authentically who I am and that I deserve to take up space. I can’t wait to engulf on more journeys together!
