Absolutely unacceptable tile install for my kitchen & bathroom. They installed on an angle, rather than parallel with the room and counter top. Nothing lines up and the floor in now a complete eye sore and makes the entire room look off kilter. Waste. The transition from the kitchen to the bathroom is atrocious. Rather than keep up with the weird angle, they changed it up completely and decided to straighten up their angle in there... how nice of them, but now there isn't a consistent flow into the bathroom, with weird cuts between rooms. And they did a half quarter round on the transition and stopped because it's an uneven transition? Which they decided to tell me after the fact, rather than ask. Why even put the quarter round there then! Just ugly. There are gaps under the quarter round, inconsistencies with the groute, or lack there of, to fill in the small gaps between the tiles. And they got stuff all over the base of my shower. An absolute mess of an install.

This is just unacceptable and now I don't even know what to do. Looking at this kitchen floor is painful and feels like such a waste of money.

Empire was great! They installed carpeting in one of my bedrooms. I had multiple quotes from different businesses and empire at first was not the least expensive. Kevin (sales rep) not only priced matched the lowest offer but was also able to get a more premium product. It took from the initial request online to install less than five days. While I knew the project was small they had the room done in 45 minutes! Thanks Empire for the great customer service and excellent product I will use you again!

Absolutely horrible workmanship and no accountability. I decided to get some LVP flooring for some stairs and 4 bedrooms in my new purchased home. After not even a year I found the tread on one of the steps to start coming off. I reached out and after a lot of effort they came out and fixed that. The crew was a bit rude, barely spoke any English, but at that point I was happy that it was repaired. They admitted that there wasn't enough glue used hence why it came off. Now I live by myself with no pets. Now fast forward another almost 2 years and I have another stair with the tread falling off. The same problem as before. Poor workmanship. After reaching out to get that issue resolved, I am being told it is 155 dollars to fix that as I am outside of the 1 year installation warranty. As a business that advertises their great trained installation team, you would think they would stand behind their product and do the right thing. They had no problem taking my 12,000 dollars to pay for the job. Absolutely horrendous of them to not take care of this and charge me for something they never installed incorrectly.

My experience was great from the moment I requested an appointment! I requested Monday, got my visit Tuesday, and had them out Thursday to install. Rai was my consultant and he was very knowledgeable and helped me with my decision. He even got on a call with the manager to get me a fantastic deal. My installation team did a very good job and made sure I was getting what I wanted. I would very highly recommend!

From the first phone call to Empire to installation was 3 business days. Installers were here at 8:30 am and finished in less than 2 hours for a double set of stairs. They left the area spotless and were very professional. We couldn’t be happier.

I had laminate floors installed. Jane, the sales rep, was very nice and friendly. She came to my house on a Saturday and I had new floors by that next Tuesday. The installers did an excellent job. They were very fast and thorough. I love my new floors, they look great! I would recommend Empire Today and I’ll definitely use them again.
