OWNER BEWARE! This company had been hired by Costco for installs and they are the absolute worst in communication, sloppy, details will be missed and they will lie. Lies like I have never seen! If 0 stars would be an option, they would get. I informed Costco that I need a replacement and this company is not allowed to step foot on my property.

My first experience was with the delivery of a washer/dryer, stove and fridge. The installer left the instructions in the washer during testing and didn’t stress him over it as people make mistakes. But then my first load of laundry I kept getting an E1 error unable to complete a load. I would have read the instructions to resolve… but clearly didn’t have them. Thankfully I had an AC company there same day and he let me know that he used to be in appliance repair and the guy forgot to turn on the cold water.
Then I switch the laundry to the dryer and it keeps shutting down that the duct is stopped up. This is my first load of laundry…. There is no way it’s stopped up. I pull the dryer out and the new vent is completely bent/crushed.

Then let’s talk about the new fridge, the plastic wasn’t pulled off fully and have to take a skinny knife to slowly/carefully pull off the remains, the freezer drawer is fully out of alignment and still need to call for repair on that.

Then let’s get to our dishwasher… We have spent a month trying to coordinate this install. The first time, he was trying to install 2 hours prior to delivery. I scoffed it up to poor coordination and asked when he could come back and he said a few days later and we set a date and time. I never heard from him and called the day before to verify he was coming, I got confirmation from the company that he was coming to install that Tuesday. The next day I am with a patient and get 3 calls within 2 mins but couldn’t pull away as I was in treatment. Within 5 full minutes from his calls I get a call from Costco and they say that the installer has been trying to call me. I said okay yes we are good, I have my father and team there ready to install. I had my poor father there all the way til 6pm when I got off of work waiting for them only to find out that they decided that because I couldn’t pick up the phone within 2 mins, they no longer had time for me and had to wait for another week.

Let’s go to that next week, he nicked up my n brand new cabinets during the install, told me he couldn’t finish due to defects in the appliance and left with it installed and the power off to the dishwasher.

Another two weeks waiting for the new one. And one day the company randomly starts blowing up my phone to come pick up the dishwasher with no communication ahead of time. Lucky for him, I was home and could let him in & pick up the defective one.

Fast forward another week, we finally have a scheduled day & time for delivery/install of a new dishwasher. Everything goes according to plan & watch him while I’m busy with other projects around the house. I think all goes well & tip the guy $20 for his hard work. Within an hour I have an electrician at the house to help repair my disposal and unfortunately he needed to move my dishwasher to repair it due to the location of wiring. Upon removal, I ask him where the insulation is for the dishwasher? He said he was wondering the same thing. I immediately start calling Costco and asking for the insulation as this is a big component of my dishwasher (I paid for a 39dpb dishwasher and without this insulation it would not only hinder the noise cancellation but the moisture control. This has to be physically removed from the dishwasher as these are glued on & have a sticker that says “do not remove” it took my entire day to hold the company accountable and get them to come back out. I finally got a call from the guy saying “he forgot to install” I know it’s supposed to be attached but okay, no problem, get here and please put it back. 7:30 at night he finally comes back to install. He tries to lie that it was already there and have no trust that this was my original insulation. DO NOT HIRE!!!

I just to say what a great job Jorge with Elite did with the install of my new dishwasher. He was very professional, took his time with making sure it was level and a clean and made sure I understood the operating instructions. I highly recommend Jorge.

I bought a dishwasher from Costco. This company was a subcontractor to Costco. The guy installed my dishwasher left the dishwasher with one side not mounted to the top bracket and one side mounted to the top bracket but it's drilled into my granite countertop! I didn't know he drilled into the countertop until he left. I was like what the hack when I saw that. There were supposed to be srews into cabinet on the sides. One side was found not even drilled into the cabinet. Absolutely unprofessional.

Jorge was phenomenal in installing our new dishwasher. He was extremely efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He truly left no trace and was very organized in removing the old dishwasher and cleaning up all the trash that came along with the new dishwasher. Wonderful attention to detail in making sure the dishwasher was level and symmetric. Can’t recommend enough!

Jorge was incredibly professional and communicative. It’s unusual to have a contractor come when they say will and be finished when they say they will. Beyond that, Jorge did a great job. Will use again if we have anything else to install.

Lee is so friendly and thorough. Very capable and goes the extra mile. Installed our 3 appliances without a hesitation. Knew what needed to be done and set about doing it. Also did a nice job cleaning up after himself. Highly recommend and would hire again.
