I have done a couple classes with Heidi and I can’t say enough good things about it. Heidi as a person and a coach is just amazing. She is supportive and inspiring and truly cares about you and your health. I would recommend Heidi 100 times over. Her workouts are great and can be modified for people like me with zero experience and some health concerns and Heidi works with you to make sure your comfortable but she doesn’t let you slack - she’s very motivating. I am looking forward to new classes with Heidi this year! Here’s to our health!

My wife and I, both seniors, started working with Heidi about two years ago with the goal of improving our health and fitness. I’m sorry to say we got off to a slow start and wish we had been more committed initially. But, we did at least make some improvements in our diet and with some exercise…bike riding and walking. Then, at the beginning of 2024, with Heidi’s gentle encouragement and knowledge, we became much more focussed. We’ve both lost a lot of weight, improved our level of exercise and taken more notice of our diet. Truly, thank you Heidi! If it hadn’t been for you, we would have continued to plod along without much progress. We both feel great and it’s a lot easier now to remain committed. We’re excited for the future. Brian T.
