I came across a home remodeling team at a local event in Chatsworth. The owner, Bruce, paid a visit to my home to provide me with a quote for a Solar System installation. The entire process was smooth and pressure-free, and we're absolutely thrilled with the work done by the fantastic installers. We began seeing savings on our energy bills from the very first month! We were so impressed, we decided to have them replace all of our windows and doors. The difference has been incredible! They're thermally efficient, let in less noise, and they look fantastic! Most recently, they finished a Cool Wall application on our exterior. Patrick, Leonard, and the rest of the installation crew were incredibly professional, leaving our house looking amazing. Leonard is the most trustworthy and sincere contractor I've ever encountered. He genuinely cares about his clients and strives to provide the best for them. He won't try to take advantage of you. He offers what you need at the most reasonable price possible. He completely transformed my kitchen. My initial contractor left me high and dry, taking my money and leaving my kitchen unfinished with cabinets barely hanging on the walls due to incorrect screws. Leonard stepped in, removed the cabinets, repaired them, and reinstalled them properly. My satisfaction with my kitchen was beyond words. Additionally, he constructed a covered patio for us, complete with recessed lighting and two fans. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Thanks to Leonard, my house feels whole again. I absolutely love it!

I had previously used Electric Gate Install Pros for window installations in my duplex a while back. So, when it was time for a major HVAC overhaul, it was a no-brainer to reach out to them again. I found out about some excellent rebate offers available for HVAC systems, insulation, water heaters, and electrical panels, which could apply to both parts of my duplex. Initially, I thought it sounded too good to be true, but it turned out to be entirely accurate. I decided to hire them for a comprehensive package that included switching to all-electric and upgrading the electrical panels in both parts of my aged duplex.
