The price was good but the quality is not so great. That’s their heavy duty gate panel. When I contacted them about it they told me to talk with the dealer and the dealer told me to contact the supplier.. just got the run around and then ignored. Got 3 of their “heavy duty” gate panels and they didn’t even last me one summer. All 3 destroyed low quality. Have other gate panels that are going into their 5th year of service.

This place is the best! Super nice staff and the best rolled fencing prices on the lower mainland. Dylan went the extra mile loading my trailer (which was across the street). Give that man a raise! So call them or stop by—you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I were at Edge on Saturday morning. At our arrival we were the only customers. Shortly after another gentleman arrived. As we looked about the yard, we overheard the two staff complimenting the other customer behind his back. What a refreshing change to hear employees talk like that! We were also impressed with them offering multiple solutions to some of the the future plans we have for the farm. We will definitely be back to a solution oriented place with that type of environment!

The other reviews were good. I thought I would try to order fencing for 3 acres. Got a salesperson named Dylon. (Sure hope he is not an owner). Asked how many feet of fencing I would need for 3 acres told me that he had no idea. Then muffled the phone, I was not sure if I was on hold... then said three rolls. I said I thought I would need more than three rolls and asked about a delivery he said its expensive! I asked what the fee was, he said he would have to call a third party to find out and to call back when I knew how many rolls I needed. I asked what other supplies would be needed or that he recommended, and he said nothing... I asked if he knew any fence installation companies he would recommend, and he said not they are hard to find. I asked him to take down my information and confirm the number of rolls. He didn't, so... I asked for his full name/email to email the details once I double-checked the math (since he didn't know how many rolls I should purchase and what other supplies were needed), and he said that is not my business. I would rather spend 4x more to be treated like a customer, not a bother. There are sales courses at BCIT. Send this salesperson to school.

"You are sorry. I feel I had a bad experience," and "Sounded very polite" is not an accountable response. There are steps to the sales process - being polite is the minimum; very polite would have been a formal introduction, asking if I had worked with you before, if I needed anything else, and simply building rapport. I contacted another company, and they were able to assist with measurements, posts other supplies (the call took 2.5 minutes) as I have maps of the fields I want to be fenced and a quote was emailed before I got off the phone (not including the shipping), Which they said would come when I decided if I wanted to add any extra rolls, since I have a couple of other projects. They didn't tell me it was "expensive" or to call back when I knew what I wanted. They asked me questions and were able to find solutions based on my needs. There is a difference between an order taker and a salesperson. I am very sorry you feel that your salesperson is very polite.
