I was sold on Letisha when we spent some time discussing my goals over the phone in the discovery call. I immediately got the vibe that there was going to no judgement. This was very important to me.

Once we started the program I was never once reminded me of my size or lack of athletic ability as I set goals through the year for myself.

I felt well supported and was offered multiple different ways of working through hiccups along the way. My expectations were set in a clear way and I was never offered a "quick and easy" solution. Spoiler alert: Its not quick or easy but it does get easier.

I appreciated how easy to talk to Letisha is and I genuinely got the impression that my success mattered at the end.
