We requested information on Sunday, December 30, 2018 regarding a replacement part for our vanEE Ventilation System. Today, January 2, 2019, we received a detailed explanation regarding our query. I called and placed the order today and was advised that it would arrive to our home in Brighton, Ontario TOMORROW!!
Due to the holidays etc. I really did not expect a response would be forthcoming so quickly. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant....an asset for any company.
NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND
We highly recommend Eden Energy Equipment.

I would highly recommend EDEN Energy. Mike came to the rescue after my previous company was way over their heads maintaining our indoor pool equipment (IBC boiler, Radiant flooring, Seresco unit, Vanee HRV). He recommended Tyler @TjlMech to come out and assess and fix it properly. They are professional, knowledgeable and have have great network of trades. I've found my HVAC go-to team.
