So after supporting this company since 2016 and always paying our account on time we received a email from the account's receivable department telling us our account was past due by 1 DAY, our office manager sent an apology stating that our new office girl made a slight error and that she has sent the payment thru smart banking.

The email response back from X's stated the following. " Please let this serve as notice that we are closing accounts that aren't giving us 5k month in sales and as well slow payment accounts will be closed as well.

I called the office to tell them about what went on with this woman and the so called " controller " said yes this is the new policy. I find this to be very unprofessional for a company to act like this to anyone and to employ staff who treat people like this after all these years supporting them.

I am going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this company for conducting business so poorly.

If this company had sense, not only are they going to lose customers with this new business policy but their going to lose a lot more money when people have to pay with there credit cards as the credit card company takes there fees..

Weight of my cargo van empty in both weight scale. In the one coming in is showing 32 one leaving showing 26 lol not sure what’s going on here? The lady tried to charge me 85 for one garbage bag and I told her why is that much She told me we go by weight. I told her something not adding up here. I asked he if she don’t mind me driving over the other scale again. She told me don’t worry about it I charge you the minimum which is $30. I told her I’m just curious want to know and hey see the pic of yourself. Weight scale was broken

When you can’t recycle or dispose of your stuff, this place can take it. Soil, dry wall, broken down furniture, rugs, even a small boat; they take almost everything except asbestos. I was here to dispose of metal closet sliding doors.
As you enter, you drive your car on a weighing ramp, the guys in the booth get a read, they ask you what you have, where to drive it to, you unload it yourself, then pay for what you offloaded from your car / truck. Credit card accepted. This place is gated when not operational, so no illegal dumping takes place.

I went to Ecowaste to dispose waste. To my dismay, there were screws on the ground, which could easily do damage to my tires. I picked up a dozen of them and showed them to the payloader driver. He responded: nothing I can do. At the checkout booth, I complained to the cashier. He responded: they do what they can. So obviously that equates any one working there is not capable of removing screws off the floor. I told the cashier the staff at the Landfill (a ten minute drive away) sweep the ground deligently, and there is no reason why I should go back to Ecowaste again,risking flat tires and causing frustration. The cashier gave me a blank look. I think their business is doing too well for them to care.

I know this is a one-star review but that is only for the purchase of soil from this location. I purchased 4 yards of soil from this location. I level my backyard with it and now have chafer beetles. I have never had the problem before and nor do I have the problem in my front yard. I purchased the soil from another location for my front yard and have not had raccoons peeling back the turf.

Although I had a bad experience with the soil purchase pretty I must say that The Dumping fees Eco waste are more than fair. The staff it's extremely helpful. Overall great experience for disposal. Just stay away from me soil for sale.
