Poorly managed business. I’d give it zero stars if this site would allow me. Hours are incorrect, booking process is poorly set up and doesn’t allow for entering multiple items. No call back after leaving a message. I’m not sure who’s running it, but it seems like they are barely running it.

Jose is the best! I had issues with a used desktop that I bought from here and his help and communication to fix things was top-notch.

~10 months later I brought the desktop back to have some wires replaced and Jose helped out immediately and charged a very fair price for the work. 100% recommend Eco-Tech for any used computing needs.

Jose provided just the most exceptional customer service! After I nabbed a functionally mint condition ThinkPad from him but had trouble with setting up, he went out of his way to help me, saving me $200+ for the same service from BestBuy. He even lended me the software needed to revert back to Windows 10. I would 100% recommend this business; their laptops are as reliable as their character ❗️

I reached out to Eco-Tech about shredding services for 20 banker boxes of documents and was responded to very promptly by Jose!
Jose called me right away, he was very nice, and informative on the process and pricing. I went there that afternoon to drop off my documents and within a few hours I received an email that my documents were shredded and I was provided with the Certificate of Document Destruction!
The service I received was great, and I will definitely use them again for my next batch of shredding!
