“This is a shout out to Ecosynergy and Horizon Heating. I live in a 30ish year old townhouse and was told by several companies and neighbours too, that my house was cold because I needed new windows. This is an expense I would have had to borrow money for so wanted to make sure of this. A friend recommended calling Ecosynergy to get some advice and have them come and check out my home. Amelie from Ecosynergy came over, worked her magic and we discovered it wasn’t my windows at all but the air intake in my furnace room. I had been having to put a heater in that room to keep it above 10 degrees ‐ it was always freezing in there. Enter Matthew from Horizon Heating, they came in and re‐routed my furnace ducts so that the furnace air intake is outside, not inside. My basement is now a comfortable 20 degrees and the furnace room the same temperature. What a difference ‐ my whole house is warmer. The
