Arsh helped me through the process of joining the grant program, came to my home to do the pre-retrofit home evaluation (required for the federal program) and again for the post-retrofit evaluation.

From the moment we signed with the installation company (who put us in touch with Ecosteps Energy Advisors), Arsh was invaluable help navigating the not-so-simple process. He started by sending me an email with links and step-by-step instructions for applying for the program. He called to walk me through it when I was struggling with registering.
He checked in regularly to see if I'd had feedback from the federal program and prompt me to do things I'd missed (I'd forgotten to click something at one point).

The rebate process is a bit overwhelming, but Arsh was a always available if I had a question.

I'm happy to say that we received the cheque for the grant at the end of Dec and we also managed to get a federal Greener Homes loan to help us manage the cost of the heat pump.

A federal rebate was available as we updated our furnace and opted for a heat pump. To be eligible for the rebate, we needed to complete a series of energy assessments. Arsh worked diligently with me to complete these assessments, provided his guidance to complete the paperwork to qualify for the rebates, and checked in many times to see if the rebate was received. He helped problem solve some of the challenges I had experienced in applying for the rebates. He was quick to respond to my questions/emails and was professional in his communication with me.
