I purchased a Infrared Sauna product almost a year ago. It started to not heat fully back in the fall. I have been going back and forth with Westinhouse and they refuse to send out a technician, refuse to do any further work or willing to help me accurately diagnosed what is wrong with the sauna. It stopped heating up properly, they sent me an electrical box without instruction or further information. When i provided them with all the information they requested they became argumentative then hung up on me and said go back to where you bought it!! Classy, DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!! Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to honour their warranty is absolutely abhorrent.

Purchased 3 units, far better than ones from china. If parts or support are ever needed, they are in our own counrty...

Heat is awsome, easy to operate. This unit has I temp only. The replament units I have had 3 settings but was always an issue with the controler to even get them to turn on...thus I bought theses units. Also they come with 2 lights for easch heater, a great option.
