Excellent service. Helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Had not heard of the place until it was recommended. Went EVERYWHERE looking for a specific sodium bulb and couldn’t find one. Purchased from E.B. Horsman in Campbell River. When it turned out the issue was the fixture itself and not the bulb I was able to return the bulb no problem. Because of their excellent service I then purchased a new LED fixture from them which we are very happy with. The friend who installed the new fixture asked why I didn’t purchase from a big box store and I told him about the service I received. I will continue to use them for any electrical needs.

Sept 2024 - I returned to EB Horsman and had the same wonderful service. The fellas are so great to deal with. The new LED for the shop is great. Thank you David KLEIN for your advice, assistance and sense of humour.

In town visiting my parents, one of my Dad's led shop lights had burnt out. They sourced one for me next day. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Would recommend and will keep in mind for future electrical supply needs! Thank you!

Went into the store today for a few small parts for wiring in my Travel Trailer Inverter. Dave gave me his name and asked mine. He was friendly and certainly on top of things. Found my parts right away and took interest in the project. Upgraded my stress relief/waterproof parts to a bit large model.
