We hired this company for snow removal at our dental office, where timely service is crucial before patient appointments. Unfortunately, their service has been consistently unreliable, especially during heavy snowfalls. Despite multiple texts, emails, and phone calls, the snow has not been cleared on time or properly.

Today, after personally calling their office, they promised to resolve the issue—but no one showed up, and the problem remains. This lack of responsiveness and follow-through has caused significant inconvenience. I cannot recommend their services based on our experience.

I’m not sure if these reviews are fake. Our condo corporation hired these guys to clear the snow in our area, but most of the time, they show up 24 hours or more after a heavy snowfall. Their service is extremely bad. Over the last few years, it has been especially terrible—we’ve had to do it ourselves.

This contract was a mistake. Our complex finally got plowed arriving after 3pm today (regularly this late) and just left... we're still completely blocked in as is our office parking next to us as well. The worst.

Probably the best customer service experience ever! I look after a small residential building in Scarborough (I’m a resident and I’m superintendant ). The last storm was a little too much for us to handle and our usual snow removal company had become pretty unreliable. I asked one of my property management colleagues and he said to call EAST WEST DISPOSAL CO. They have been using them for over 30 years. I called and they had my parking lot and walkways plowed and walkways shovelled and salted within 3 hours. They are friendly and we have signed up with them for next snow season.
