Time for the residents of the Port de Grave get to a reliable garbage service. Since the contracts were changed and we have a new contractor our service has been unreliable. The board has no problem billing us for our service, well time to be in a reliable, efficient contractor. As for your clear bags, it's none of your business what I toss in the garbage and is an invasion of my privacy. Also if you want us to recycle then pick up the blue bags and not leave them on the side of the road for a day or 2. This has happened on few occasions.

Haven't had a single reliable garbage pick up in months. ERSB has cut communication, removed their facebook page, stopped answering emails and replaced their phone in line with a recording.

Who ever is running this show needs to get a reality check. Garbage is garbage. Our taxs pay for the pickup. Do your job and take the garbage. Soon time for a burn barrel i guess.

Why hasn't the trash been picked up in Point Verde on Thursday? You sent out a pamphlet telling us to have our garbage out by seven am for pickup on Thursdays, however it wasn't picked up yet! You no longer have a contractor do this work, which I must say was EXCELLENT, you took it over and it's a complete MESS. Shows a lot of incompetence in planning and execution of the garbage pickup. Maybe a big shakeup is needed at Eastern Waste Management, and the sooner, the better for all.

Very unprofessional staff at the Bay Bulls location. They are making it so difficult to get rid of waste that people are going to start dumping it all over our beautiful town. Its a shame. They are 100% happy to take your money but not your trash and make it as difficult as they can.

I live on random island and they DO NOT PICK UP MY GARBAGE!!!!! The got paid for it! The fo NOT provide the service. I have never seen such a scam in all my life! It’s not just me it’s over half our island! The stole my money and do not provide a service! They are a bunch of thieves !

Harbour grace dump, very unorganized, not open often or long enough, thus leading to dumping in the back woods. Staff to busy gossiping and picking to get the job done.

Terrible service with their latest waste collection contractor in Port de Grave and surrounding. Unacceptable. Time to act.
