Merla is awesome! Very fast, efficient and she explained everything & did a demonstration of new locks on green bin compost! Outstanding service! ?

The staff is kind and courtious and I was able to be in and out in less than 15 minutes. The entrance is on the West side of Garrard Rd. If you are going for a bin exchange, it is in the North West portable (out of the three portables).

I went to pick up some new bins for my house and the gentleman working there was very friendly and courteous. He deserves a pay raise or maybe a fishing boat. 5 Stars for the best customer service.

Terrible service when I called them about my recycling not being picked up yet again. The rude lady said that we have to separate everything in the box or they will not take it!!
I guess people will just throw out there recycling in with the garbage from now on that's a lot easier.

Closed right now for bin exchanges. This facility will reopen in the fall ( approximately). Right now if you need bins for purchase or exchange- please visit 1998 Bowmanville Ave-Bowmanville. They are open Wed- Fri 10am- 6pm. Sat and Sun 8am- 4pm.
