Ive been charged for hand sanitizer for 9 months on my portable account and have never asked for or received hand sanitizer. I have called this company seven times now and sent many emails and they all say they will fix my bill but they never do. This is an appalling and unacceptable lack of organization to say the least. Fix my account now.

Excavator operator popped a tire on my flat deck and then the company said it wasn’t their problem cause I signed a waiver. I paid for the fix. So basically if they sideswipe your truck with their machine, it’s your fault!

GFL Duncan came to pump my septic system and did a very good job with the pumping and the technician was very friendly and informative. For this part of the job I give them a 5/5. Unfortunately the truck was leaking copious amounts of oil that resulted in 2 large saturated oil stains on my asphalt driveway, plus multiple smaller stains that happened as the truck drove away. The amount of oil that drenched my driveway was very large and saturated the asphalt. They did come out later the same day and put sawdust on the oil and pressure washed it. This unfortunately did next to nothing. They offered to come the following week (next week) with more toxic removal agents. I spent half of Friday (the day after the spill) and all of Saturday cleaning the stains with Dawn detergent and a pressure washer. This had just taken the edge off the stain and much more remains. I am certainly despondent with the outcome and had I known they do not maintain their trucks I would have paid another company to do the septic tank pump.

Really good layout, easy to dump cause most things you are able to just leave on the ground instead of having to throw it up in a dumpster, you can bring everything there, the employees are friendly and awesome, never got a flat tire in the hundreds of dump runs that I’ve done. If you need one done call: move it jim .ca !

I am very impressed with the new location and new management. Plenty of parking, bigger sorting space and laid back and friendly staff. It's nice to have all recycling in one place now (refundables and recycling that curb side doesn't take). I especially appreciated the friendly guidance with the recycling area ; as in the past it was on the dump site and the was no one available to help with recycling questions.
All around enjoyable experience!

Made disposal of pre 1990 drywall very easy.
Gave us directions and sold us the poly bags needed. Great education on asbestos disposal. Cheaper than we were expecting from stories we have heard.
