The reviews are correct. The communication is horrible. On the flip side, if you have an issue the owner is quick to resolve it. I had an issue with the billing. I called and spoke to someone who said they would get back to me. After waiting several days for a call back, I reached to Rob. He contacted me and he was able to address my issue and resolve it quite quickly. I would use them again.

Definitely won’t be using their services again. The other reviews are right. Their communication sucks.

For anyone using them please note they charge a 3% fee if you pay with card. They don’t tell you until the very end when there is already a hold on your credit card.

They send you an invoice to their convenience. Keep in mind the bin was picked up on April 29th and an invoice was not sent till Sunday May 4th at 10pm. This is the point where they let you know about the 3% fee to pay with a card.

The due date on the invoice is for May 6th and they don’t specify a time. I work during the week and was going to send an e-transfer on my lunch. Luckily I check my email before sending it as they took it upon themselves to charge my card to the remaining difference of the bin rental. You’d think they’d make a call to confirm when to expect payment. They clearly wanted to make the extra 3% profit on the CC charge.

They pick and choose when and how they communicate but are so quick to collect their payment before speaking to their customers. Highly suggest taking your business to a most honest company.

I've used Dump Squad for my bin rentals a few times now, and I must say, I am alway impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their customer support was prompt and professional.

What I appreciated most was their efficiency. The drop off and pick up was smooth and hassle-free. One other thing to note, the pricing is very competitive, and there were no hidden fees, which I’ve found to be an issue with other companies in the past.

I have already recommended them to other clients and I would definitely use them again in the future.

My experience with Dump-Squad was great! Delivery of the bin was the next day after ordering and pick up was prompt. The staff were friendly and experienced. (I have a very narrow driveway.)
