The Diamond Renewables team was incredibly helpful from start to finish. During the design phase we made several improvements at my request and they provided updated performance/return-on-investment details at every stage. They went out of their way to ensure we did not buy forced-labour made materials. Installation for our 15 KW Net-Metering project was promised in December for the Spring and we were online on schedule.
I can't say enough about the installers, always happy to answer questions and get to work. The foreman, Matt, was available 24/7 for any concerns. They did a very tidy job and most of our neighbours don't even know we have solar panels - it looks that good from the street.
Thanks for getting us into the renewable energy club and we haven't had an InnPower bill for 6 months!

I often say a business really shows customer service when things don’t go as planned. My home is unique And presented some Unexpected challenges. Cole was determined to finish this job to my satisfaction. Aron did a great job managing the crew. With the challenges that my house presented, I think a lot of fly-by-night companies would’ve just walked away. I was worried that the cost of the original quote was going to go up substantially. However it was the opposite. They finished the job as quoted and even compensated me for the xtra time it took to finish. I’m almost positive. They must’ve lost money on my job. But since Cole and his team wanted nothing more than me to be a happy customer they finished the job and it looks great. Thanks so much, Guys. You did an amazing job.

We are very happy with everything about our solar panels and their installation. The calibre of the people who installed the equipment was absolutely top class. They were highly efficient, competent, and considerate. And we are making our own electricity now from our solar panels and at a rate far in excess of what we had hoped. Our hydro bills are very low and once we go into ultra low rate hydro we think we won’t be paying for hydro most months.

My Diamond solar system was installed in the fall of 2021, and the installation was effectively and efficiently completed once the necessary approvals were received from Alectra. Since deploying the solar system, it has generated over 38MWh of power, which is equivalent to planting 450 trees and reducing CO2 emissions by 15,000kg!! I also saved about $5K in electricity costs over this time as well. My only concern is that I should have installed the solar system much sooner!
