The electrical cable from our home to a shared electrical shed broke down and thus our home business was shut down. We were out of power for 36 hours and it was chilly (2 degrees at night)! Den Mar advertised that they would be here "today". And so they were. Their technical work was focused, decisive and professional.
But I want to comment on their people skills. From the moment I spoke with Celine and Jeremy on the phone, I felt taken care of. I felt confident. Why? Because THEY were confident that they could handle what appeared to us to be a difficult job. Once hired, 3 electricians came out to do the physical job. What stood out for me was how well these 3 guys worked together. In addition, they were polite, kind and very caring. They took their boots off at the door. (Thanks guys!) They were extremely mindful that time was money and they didn't waste time and thus our money. As a leadership, executive coach and podcaster, I often work with organizations with toxic cultures. This is clearly not the case with Den Mar. They are a "class act". Thanks Den Mar.

Doing renovations on a condo we recently bought, and we needed a new bathroom fan and range hood installed. They were able to get us in within a very reasonable period, and suggested a bathroom fan that was better than the one we previously bought (it's so quiet). Will call again when we need more electrical work done in the future.
