Fast friendly service. Manager lady saw we had lots to count and helped us so we could finish up before they closed. Lots of trays and carts. Staff constantly wiping and cleaning to keep away wasps.

I have been in several times over the last 3 years and the staff were very nice and polite. I learned that you could take separate your bottles your cans etc and put the separated ones into plastic bags and hand in the plastic bags that were counted. So I did that rather than stand there and sort them and put them into the plastic trays. I get to the front the guy grabs it and throws in the back and they start counting each one individually I had seven bags and all of a sudden there was one short in one bag. 5 short in another bag. They wanted me to take a five count short on every bag so they didn't have to count it. I knew one of them should have been over over by 10. I purposely did it that way. An Asian gentleman said that I should take the five short on each bag. He said he short he loose money. I understood his point of view I wanted him to count every one of them. We got into a bit of an argument he also said that he was probably older than I am and he knew better etc etc. Long story short by the time they counted it I started out with $101 to come back to me and I got $99 back they had the audacity to say that every bag was short. If I ever go back there which I strongly doubt I'll probably take it to Alberta I will be making them count in front/ beside me. Interesting. Lady said the bag she counted was 1 over after he said all were short.
I know they were not all short. I know they are business to make a profit. Most likely they are a small business also. Why would I want to cheat them. I used to own a business also.

Open till 3:45?!?! Not open on the weekend? So basically if I wanna do my recycling I gotta be jobless. You cater only to the homeless? Come the flip on! That's way too early to close, I may as well just throw my bottles and cans in the garbage, because getting to this place before they close would require me to take off from work early. Also if you show up at 3:30 the entire staff glares at you as you sort your cans. If these rude people didn't hold the recycling monopoly in town, this place would be a ghost town, and they know that. What a joke.

3시 45분까지 열려요?!?! 주말에는 안 열어요? 그래서 기본적으로 재활용을 하고 싶다면 실업자가 되어야 합니다. 노숙자에게만 서비스를 제공하나요? 어서 뒤집어! 문을 닫기에는 너무 이른 시간입니다. 병이나 캔을 쓰레기통에 버리는 것이 낫습니다. 문을 닫기 전에 이곳에 도착하려면 일찍 퇴근해야 하기 때문입니다. 그리고 3시 30분에 오시면 직원분들이 캔을 분류하는 모습을 빤히 쳐다보십니다. 이 무례한 사람들이 마을의 재활용 독점권을 잡지 않았다면 이곳은 유령 도시가 될 것이라는 것을 그들도 알고 있습니다. 좋은 농담 이었어.

Uses plastic trays to sort. The process was quick. I like the fact they have bins outside for just about everything. Styrofoam, cardboard, Plastic containers that have no deposit. Metal cans. One stop.

I've used this place many times and the majority of the time the staff was condescending and rude. The staff is clearly not happy with their jobs.
They seem to continually change their "rules" and now have started to "close" tables, causing bottle necks in getting processed. It really makes bring in bottles a negative experience ... I keep finding myself hoping a bottle drive comes by so I don't have to use their service.

Bought plastic bags from this bottle depot and spent the total of $160.00 on plastic bags that they didnt refund me when i returned the full bags of bottles and cans. So now I lost out on all that money, just gave it to them for nothing. Talk about being ripped off. So far this bottle depot has not refunded me any money back for those bags i paid for. Ripp off artists. Wish I could sue them for that.

They recycle just about anything. Good staff there and helpful when needed.

They process items like cans and bottles pretty quickly. Just wish they had more areas to process as wait times can be long on some days as well as crowded with people, especially after a long weekend.
