Great staff, very friendly & helpful!
There is a place for everything!
Even though it's the dump, it's pretty clean and well organized. There's a lot going on everywhere. It's really neat to see the process and organization of how it's all taken care of, after it's "gotten rid of"
The cost is low and it's convenient to use!

I’ve always had a great experience here. As a landscaper, I use this tactility a lot for dropping off yard waste and other materials. The staff are super helpful, always friendly. Prices are reasonable and for a dump, it’s always well maintained and each section is kept looking as tidy as possible.
Keep up the great work guys!

Seriously surprised no one’s left a review mentioning the walking prick that works here. He’s most often in hazard waste. Guys the embodiment of hating his life and taking it out on people no matter how friendly you are to him. He’s almost such a jerk that it seems like a satirical character like no one could actually be that much of a prick. He’ll question you if you drop off oil. “Wow lots of different oil”. Yeah dude 2 kinds. My car and my mother’s. He told me “you need to bring your filters next time”. Uh? Okay I will when I want to? Weird dude.

This is how a landfill should be run. Organized, clean and friendly staff. Hard to believe but this "dump" is one of the best run businesses I've ever seen.

I'll start by saying its hard to be mad at this facility because the staff are always so friendly. however, having lived in a few different regions and having seen my share of dumps, this one can test your nerves. 1) I've never unloaded stuff, then driven back over the scale, then unloaded more stuff, then paid, then drop my free stuff. the dump should not be a 45 min stop everytime. 2) lack of trust. I'm there, I've told you what I have, just take my $20 bucks and let me drive around and drop things off in the correct piles. This is how it works at other dumps. You guys are charging different prices for different material, but I can always eyeball it know, its going to be $20 bucks or $25 or $30. just let your staff charge us on entry so we can drop our stuff and go. 3) your more expensive then every other place I've lived. I can tell you a $30 load in Wasaga is a $15 or $20 load in Guelph, London, north Bruce etc. 4) you're adding to the line and the headaches by making people with recyclables wait in line to drive across a scale to drop off free stuff. Again other dumps in Ontario, those bins (cans, glass, cardboard etc) are outside the dump area and you can drive up and drop your recycling. why are you making this complicated? 5) why not add a re-use center? I've pitched so much stuff that someone else might have found helpful. again, I want to be grumpy and mad when I go, but your staff are always so friendly. Trust them and trust us, eye ball it and charge us on entry a reasonable rate and let us get on with our day. Thanks

Have been going to this dump since it opened. We have ALWAYS taken all our items to the dump, many many times paying the "minimum charge" for only a couple small items that should have been $2 instead of $10. So imagine how happy we were when the fellow working said, don't worry about coming back across the scale after we drop off the 4 empty blue plastic containers we had. How nice, after all these years to get a friendly little gesture. Fast forward a couple weeks until our next trip to the dump, when we are told that not only do we owe a $100 fine, but after waiting a very long time in line, we also cannot dump our load of items. We felt embarrassed, and also upset that we were being accused of dropping our blue plastics and then making a run for the gate without paying. In the end the fine was dropped to the $10 that the load would have cost us in the first place. Over the years we even paid to take garbage to the dump that we picked up off the side of the road, and also a cleaned up a huge mess at Station Park years ago. Just a friendly reminder to never accept a gift from the County of Simcoe.
