May long weekend is a rush for sure and the first one of the season, I would expect there to be a few bumps getting everything back on their wheels for the new year... but... We were told to show up to pick up the trailer at 11:00, and i was told a half an hour wait, i left at 12:12. The cleaning lady was extremely rude as she said she had been worked till 2:00am the night before. She got much nicer as we came in and paid. She apologized for her rudeness but still no apology was made on the wait time or any offer to make up for my lost time. The rudeness was her fault, but the lack of organization and her frustration I believe is the companies fault and they must not have given her any room to make it up to us on this point. I had a camping companion who also rented a trailer here and picked his trailer up at 9:00, he also said he waited about an hour as well.

To make my experience a one star, when the family we camped with had to dump our tanks we went to do it together, last year their sewer hose that was provided had a hole in it. This year we asked for a double check on the sewer hose as we didn't want to have a spill like last year. They assured us it was checked. This year my husband jumped under the trailer to hook up the hose to dump the waste tanks and did not check the hose as we were assured it was "double checked" (we will never trust someone else in this department again) needless to say he got the foul end of the deal as there was a hole.

I will be returning the trailer this morning and will update on the kind of service i receive dealing with the sewer hose.

OUTSTANDING!!! This company is what I expect to get when I call for a Journeyman Electrician. From the first words with the call taker I had confidence instilled in me. They took seriously what others couldn't be bothered with, had a senior advisor on the phone in seconds and diverted a tradesman to assist immediately. He was onsite before me. Coveralls, hardhat, safety glasses, the right tools, the right attitude and the right skills, all of it very well done.

Mike is a true service professional with a solid work ethic, formidable knowledge and a spectrum of experience. His confidence in his abilities allows him to focus on the solution and not get lost in the problem. I did not have to follow him around and help him figure this out. Frankly, he moved faster than I could keep up with any. He kept me updated and confident I had made the right call while I stood there with my jaw open.

Mike was hot on the trail and identified a critical issue in a fraction of the time others took to find nothing. He has a tactical troubleshooting ability that is being lost in the modern technical environment. His explanations were not layered with BS to appear he was doing more than he was. He did not need to make trips for tools he should be carrying already, and he didn't lose focus. He was concise, understandable and most importantly, accurate!

Having to use services of many trades often I cannot express what a relief it is to not have to worry about at least one of them. I added Conway as our primary electrical service provider on the spot and "got stickered up" to prove it. I say a lot about Mike but every person that I talked to had the same competent and professional attitude. Forgive them any comments stating otherwise in the reviews, that is not who they are now.

My family and I recently rented a trailer from Conway Electric. The trailer was clean and well maintained and had everything we were looking for to make our family camping trip a success. Front end staff were knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me as I decided which trailer would work best for us. I highly recommend Conway Electric if you’re looking to rent a trailer.

Phoned them at 4:10 and said I would be there in 5 mins. She barked at me and said doors close at 4:30 sharp. When I showed up they couldn't find the keys for the trailer that I was picking up for my girls stag. Piss poor service and it starts and ends with that piece of work they have running things.

I tried to order some things here and the owner Laura was incredibly rude to me. I would not reccomend a place like this to anyone. They need to learn the importance of treating your customers with respect. Also way overpriced.

Called for information on RV rentals and was greeted by an extremely rude person, I was then transferred to an even more rude person who proceeded to yell at and hang up the phone when I mentioned the fact that I was being treated poorly. No appreciation for customer service, completely unprofessional and rude.

This is the best electric company ever! I got them to install lights on the outside of my house and they let me easily understand how they work and they installed them insanely quickly 10/5
