First time here and from the start had a a fantastic experience. JEFF STONE(all in caps because everyone should know him) was incredibly helpful. When you enter it could be a little overwhelming. But not with Mr. Jeff Stone, as he made the process very easy to understand. Jeff Stone is a legend, big ups to you sir.

To everyone that I had contact with, thank you. Thank you for making what could be a stressful experience, into a seamless experience. I should have asked for their names too so I could give them a personalized shout out. Probably one of the best interactions I have had with a company and their people.

Rude worker (ego issues), was yelled at for parking where I always park without any issues from anyone else. Was then told to leave (would not accept scrap metal).... OK, must also be dumb as there are plenty of scrap dealers in the area. Found much better service and prices from the "other" guy down the street.

The line is usually long to get into the main yard and you need to line up on the west side if you want any chance of moving with the line. They also have one line that holds people dropping various types of metals and they choose who gets in based on that so it can be frustrating and confusing seeing someone behind you get in first.

They only have one scale to get in and out so that is most of the wait, plus when they shut it down to get the bulldozers to bunch the metals into piles.

If you want to sell nonferrous, small items then you can skip that long line for the most part and drive in between the line and park on the right side and grab a shopping cart to fill with things like cables, copper etc. Sometimes they only have one attendant weighing and they move extremely slow so you can be waiting for quite a bit.

Be ready with your license plate number. Take your receipt, go to the office to trade it for another form and sign, then go to the ATM and get your cash by scanning the barcode

Well organized yard. Friendly and helpful staff as well as the office staff. Yard was clean in the driveway of debris. Was a quick trip in and out. Also they have great prices for the scrap metal. Used this place a few times , will keep going back and highly recommend.
