I was so Happy I called Collision Towing! Mike Wagner took an awful predicament I had found myself in (my rear wheel had sheered the wheel studs on my truck while pulling my boat to cold lake for a fishing trip) and made it a smooth professional experience! Mike took such great care of my truck and boat in the recovery from a soft shoulder and ultimately a difficult place to recover both the truck and boat. With zero issues super friendly service and a true professional at his craft I want to thank Collision towing and Mike Wagner for getting me to Cold lake take such care of the truck loading everything with zero issues! We had the truck back on the road by 11 am Saturday and made it fishing! Thank you so much! Went from helpless to hopeful in one phone call! Don’t hesitate to call these guys I highly recommend!

I took my vehicle in for a quote to repair scratches caused by dog claws on the door, and I was helped within minutes. The vehicle was scheduled for service the following morning and by noon it was returned to me in fantastic condition. The repair was absolutely stunning and completely flawless. Car wouldn’t start during the day on a beautiful day , they did come in decent speed . I got a tow from 50 ave to the Cold Lake Ford - came to $330 to go just a few blocks . I was told this was a deal for me , seemed pretty outrageous for a 2 min drive.

Did excellent work and detailed my car real nice.Rectified damage that was done by a worker to my back fender while getting my car fixed with no issue. The manager/owner/adjuster was excellent to deal with but the customer service has been kind of disappointing the 2 times I have dealt with them through my insurance (Once many years ago for a write off and this time for a claim that was submitted ex: Lack of communication when I was trying to explain something about my deductable payment)

Great autobody shop! Professional and friendly! Just picked up my car today. Not only did they do a great job on repairs, but they cleaned the car inside and out! Would have been done fast too, if it wasn't for my insurance company dragging their feet. Great service, highly recommend.

It's a long story but at the end of the day JD Collision provided exceptional service over and above what they needed to do and made sure I was happy. SO DISAPPOINTED! I called at 1am on a Tuesday which I understand is inconvenient. So was getting stuck and needing a pull out of a snow drift. The person who answered the phone was ANGRY that I was calling. Told them where I was and the first thing they asked was "how do you plan on paying me." Quoted me $130 and sighed and huffed and puffed that I was even calling. It was a simple tow that took another company 5 minutes to pull me out and I paid way less. They called me back a hour later asking why I called, when I didn't call them a second time nor need their services anymore. Call Straightline for all issues related to a tow company. They really appreciated the business.
