Collective currently empties our townhouse complex dumpsters, they do a good job. But the driver who does our route is AMAZING, he waves, smiles, and honks at my daughters every time he empties our bins! As soon as my kids hear the garbage truck they go running to the window/door to wave! He makes our day every garbage day! I hope he never changes routes lol.

They have incompetent, irresponsible drivers. Cracked my windshield with flying debris and even with a video they will not replace it after making contact. Completely untrustworthy company that can be relied upon to make safe decision or respect the public. Terrible company.

After watching these fellas empty about seven bins in my alley from my balcony this morning, I can only comment on how they perform their work.
When they were running to unlock the condos bin doors and placing the bins out for the operator to lift, they were literally ‘running’ between each building. If their motivation is to get strong and fit, I’m sure they could become Olympians. Bravo!
As for the driver who was maneuvering around tight corners and some cars parked where they shouldn’t be, all I can say is WOW! He must be incredibly confident in his judgement as he whipped around the obstacles with ease.
Funny enough, not 20 minutes later a different disposal truck had to make the same corner around our building and had to ask the construction company to move their truck forward several feet before he was able to make it around.
To the owner and management team: I have no idea if you pay them fairly or treat them well, but I would be happy to give a reference to any company interested in poaching those guys from you.

So far I am not a great fan of their garbage pickup service. Before I moved homes I lived in an area that had GFL picking up the garbage, not once did they miss my bin and not take my garbage and we had three households sharing 2 bins. Keep in mind garbage service is every 2 weeks. This company now at my new home missed my bin completely or didn’t make sure it dumped, so now we have an over flowing trash bin, which they probably still won’t collect next pickup because of this, so fingers crossed, because you know it’s only their job..

Just saw these guys go through the area collecting recycling. Darn hard working guys. I was stuck in a line of cars waiting to drop my kid off at school while they cleared a block in like.. 60s. Very impressive. The labourer might as well have been an Olympic marathon runner.

I was doing a huge spring clean out of my basement and needed a waste bin fast. CWD delivered me a bin the next day and their pricing was great, no surprises and everything was explained to me. They were so awesome to deal with, I would recommend this company to anyone.

After escaping the horrors of Waste connections formerly waste something else / formerly BFI (They have to keep changing their name) these guys are a breath of fresh air. You know when you are dealing with an honest, fair and reputable company and this is it. I hope they dont sell out to the huge pirate operation. Great service, price is fair and low, never looking back. Thanks guys
