We hired David as our QEP consultant for a residential project needing a riparian assessment. David was knowledgeable and thorough. He even helped us bring in an additional forestry consultant to assist in his assessment. What could have been a long and complex process was made easy with David's experience. He kept us updated on his progress along the way and notified us when our application review was completed at the province. I hired David Galvez at Raintree Consulting to complete a Detailed Riparian Area Assessment (DRAA) and Condition and Impact Assessment (CIA) needed to address a non-compliant development on a property in Roberts Creek. It is quite daunting for a homeowner to face the complex requirements of the Province and the SCRD regarding Riparian Assessment Areas (RAA) and Streamside Protection & Enhancement Areas (SPEA) regulations and legislation From the first on-site meeting it was clear David was highly knowledgeable, and would act in an open, respectful and professional manner. He has liaised with his contacts at the SCRD, land surveyors, geotech engineers and architectural professionals to smoothly pilot this project through in a thorough and efficient manner. Coastal Raintree consulting provides a solution based approach to environmental assessments for us and our Clients. David makes the murky waters of Riparian areas navigable, I wouldn't recommend another company.
