3 yrs ago we moved in. This park is very quiet and safe. Very affordable for retirement. Management is really doing its best to maintain this park. People complain about the homes and yards but I have seen run down houses and yards, drug houses, and more in new million dollar subdivisions looking very bad too. People are going to live the way they do no matter where they live. We shouldn’t judge them because we don’t know their situation. Very friendly neighbors We enjoy living here NO REGRETS just the hill in winter to get into City

Hi, I have lived here for well over 10 years, very pleased with both the improvements to the sights in and around the trailer park and the attitude of management. So nice to come home and see the new themes of the seasons, and flowers 💐 . Absolutely so nice to feel welcoming to the park. Very nice to finally be able to reach management.

Seems like a well run community. First time there and the park is clean, tidy, and looks well maintained. These parks can get a reputation, and there are some bad ones I have been to for work. But Coalhurst is not in that category. I hope the residents feel the same way.
That being said, you have to judge for yourself if you want to live there.

Horrible place to live and treat people that live here horribly. No notice of shut off water if you do get notice its less then 12 hours. Probably throw out your back driving down the roads. I have EXPOSED ELECTRICAL IN MY YARD THEY WONT FIX which is their property. pay fees for them to maintain the road yards etc. I got told to cut my own tree which hangs so low you walk into it. And they micro manage your life tell you that you can't do things that are legal and have no right telling you that you can not. Park manager won't deal with people that live here because she is to scared and lazy for confrontation. Makes her young daughter or friends do all her work while she just sits in her truck.

Lived here for almost a year. Helpful worker named Nick that has helped me multiple times. Lots of good paths located nearby to walk dogs. Very pet friendly.

Management is horrible even after they switched management for the 3rd time since I lived here. They won't even plow the roads after a major snow storm and if you don't have a truck then you cant get out. WHY ARE WE PAYING ALMOST 500 A MONTH IN LOT FEES WHEN THE BASICS AREN'T BEING MET.

They don't keep up with roads: lots of pot holes, and they make old men take down fences; the old old man not only has to take down the large fence on his own but the broke old man has to fit the bill too. Heartless and inconsiderate.
