I had a great experience at this beauty supply store thanks to Candace! She was incredibly helpful and patient while I searched for the right hair. Candace took the time to explain the differences between all the braiding hair options, which really helped me choose what was best for my style. She also gave great tips on how to use the products to care for my hair. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Went to this store for some hair product that I have been struggling to find near me. I called them because they're not far from my office, and I was in that day. So I called them to see if it was available, and it was to my relief. Walked over after work and the store is easily accessible and has TONS of products for all hairstyles and hair types. I'd be pretty surprised if they didnt have what you wanted in stock. All you have to do is look around or ask the very friendly staff for help and they will gladly do so. I was in a rush so I asked for help. I think i was in and out in less than 5 mins, and I spent 3 mins looking around because I didnt want to bother the staff. They saw me struggling, helped me and expedited my purchase time. I will glady go back for anything I need at this store.

I I tried a few wigs today and if you ask for Carla, she is the best at helping to choose the correct wig. She will show you all the products you need and she will assist you in choosing the right colors and the right style. She is definitely a pro. God bless her and make sure you leave a positive review once you're done shopping.

I had the most pleasant customer experience with your employee named Karla K. She was amazing. Her product knowledge is excellent and her customer service skills are unmatched! This is the 1st time in many years of my shopping at Clore Beauty Supply that I felt so comfortable and supported in asking many questions about different products. Her ability to multitask was also amazing as she let the other customer who was waiting know that she will be with him in a moment. Allowing the other customer to be seen. In the end, the other customer was curious about something similar so we all pleasantly enjoyed the moment of her product knowledge together. She was so friendly and even and she showed that she cared. She was so encouraging regarding my curly hair journey! She even encouraged me to come back to tell her how the products worked. i came in tonight looking for bundles. two lovely girls helped me out madison and aaliyah. they were really patient with me making sure i was getting the right length and colour. making me feel more confident about my choices. the cashier yasmine was really kind and helpful too. wasn’t rushing to get me out and made sure i had everything i needed. 5 stars to all three of them.❤️❤️
