Wonderful!! I have rented numerous dumpsters over the years for various projects, this is my first time using Clean Er Up as they offered a soil dumpster - and they are now my default go to. They were extremely clear in their pricing, delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would and they were extremely careful dropping off and picking up. They also sent very clear communication through text message as to pick up and drop off which was extremely helpful. I would 100% use them again for all my future projects.

Great service. Real people answered the phone, and answered my questions. Fees as described. Toni was able to arrange a next day drop off. The driver was excellent, rolling the bin off into a very tight space, with ease. He arrived earlier than I predicted, and kindly waited for me to arrive. He was friendly and accommodating. I called the number on a Sunday as I had forgotten the pick-up day. I expected to leave a voicemail, but once again, a real person answered the phone and politely provided the information I asked for. They also sent me text messages letting me know when they were on their way, for both drop off, and pick up. Very competitive pricing, but I would have paid more on account of the customer service alone, by Toni and Mario. Easy to arrange for the bin, easy to pay for the bin, and a convenient dashboard to keep track of the invoice and charges. Can’t say enough about this family business.

The bin was delivered and picked up many hours later than agreed to, repeatedly tried to contact to discuss with company with no replies or attempt to rectify the significant lost time during working hours. I had previously used this service with no troubles, but would now not use again or recommend, negligent of agreed to service time and poor customer support

So easy to deal with this bin. Ordered online, delivered a couple of hours later. Extensions are $20 per day, and one simple email for that with fast replies always. When so much is going on, it is great to know there are no surprises and great service!
