Classic did all our plumbing and heating for our new house build. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accommodating, efficient and very easy to work with.
They completed the work ahead of schedule, which is always great.
We did have one small issue a couple months after and they were at our house 45 minutes later and fixed it.

We moved into an abandoned log home, and immediately had plumbing issues. They were extremely responsive and came out within the hour to see what was up! Helped us find a cost efficient way to handle our situation, and went above and beyond to help us! With outside the box thinking, and some surprising challenges the guys were dedicated and eager for give us their full attention. They were kind, empathetic, and willing to teach us! They have gained a very loyal customer, and I will only be calling them for any plumbing!

Can’t say enough about this company! In the run of 4 - 5 days my hot water tank and furnace failed. Very quick reply and very professional! The interruption to my services was minimal, both times. The service tech who came out was great, 5 star for him. But the bill I recieved a week later, was to me double dipping. Charged for mileage and time. In my opinion it should be either or. $1.40 per km $263 for Travel. $480 for Labour when in reality it was 3 hours of total travel as they had to make two trips and under a hour on site in total.

Great company to do business with! No heat and it was cold out, came by right away. Diagnosed the problem instantly, explained what needed to be done and could be done. Fixed the problem fast. Installation was almost as much as what the new dishwasher cost!
Classic Plumbing was recommended by Alexander Renaissance building manager to install a $600 dishwasher I purchased as part of a kitchen package from Smilies - On the day of the appliance delivery a Classic Plumber Jr plumber showed up and spent 4 hours to remove the old machine and install the new. I was told that the reason the changeover took so much time was because the inexperienced plumber could not figure out why the machine wouldn’t work and kept repeating that “if the boss was here, he’d know exactly what the problem is” but he carried on until he finally realized that the pump was gone on the brand new appliance. Smilies replaced the dishwasher with a new one the next day and sent a tech out to install it. After installation, the machine wouldn’t drain.
Had hired a very competent Handiman Marcel Moullie for another small job in my condo and when told about the dishwasher problem, he quickly found that the drain hose was kinked, straightened this out and the dishwasher is now working perfectly. Classic Plumbing charged me $488.00 and actually accomplished nothing.
