Came during off hours around 4 pm and thankfully the place was not busy. All the staff were courteous and guided us for the directions and instructions of said items.

Worst experience ever that lady at the front going in worst ever on Wednesday 11th me and my friends enter the yard I was’t paying attention to the lights that it did’ turn green . On approaching the window came out yelling why you broke my light her face was like 😤😤😤😤 angry I sed sorry sorry a few times with no vale I sed to her I was paying attention to my trailer I’m sorry . She yield saying you people come here ***and I should send you to the back off the line . Like I’m in school . You people I wander what she ment by that . Sound recess to me she never try and defuse just was so angry . Customer service ZERO manners ZERO I hope I don’t have to go back they again . That all .

First time to visit this location. The scale attendant was very polite and show me where is the entrance to the dump building. The staff at the building entrance clearly explain the safety instructions and precaution to watch out for while inside this building.

This box you can find each and every corner of the city , where are you can find lots a information such as job/home/rental/condos/home improvement for free.This is very useful street box for everyone especially newcomers who can get free housing/Job/trucks/cars information from different agencies brochures which are kept in box.

I am never returning to this facility or going to transfer stations again and they can thank their wonderful "customer service" for that! They charged us for garbage instead of recycling despite only leaving less than 20 kg of recyclables. The woman at the check-in desk on Tuesday lunch hour is your typical crabby public sector lifer who is probably unsatisfied with life!

I have been disposing garbage to this location for many years and every time I get there , one of the nicest lady that I have met in my life, greeting me with a smile and very heartwarming comment at the scale office .No matter how tired I am after work she makes me feel better every time I get there. What a blessing to have people like her in our lives!!!
