The photo attached shows what it looks like in your shop when they dont gather the trash for a month. Need I say more? These guys are babies who wont even try to pick up the garbage even though we chip and scrape the ice away and shovel the snow. I took this photo after 1 month of the trash not being collected. Its been 6 weeks now. We call them to collect and they say okay and we prepare everything for them and they don't collect the garbage.

The trash wasn't dumped once since Christmas.

Update: It's the middle of March. Still nothing. Waste Management Service? I wouldn't call it a service and Management isn't happening. They should just reduce their name to Waste. It's more accurate.

Update 2: A year later they have dropped the ball again. We got 2 inches of snow and they refused to dump our cardboard... Again. It's Edmonton Alberta ther is always 2 inches of snow. We would be happy to help them if they would come by during business hours but they show up at 6am and refuse to dump then they leave. Customer service charged us an extra fee for scheduling another dump when they are the ones who didn't help us in the first place. This is piss poor service.
