We are a North Shore based flooring contractor, and we do not only install floors, do floor prep, concrete grinding and polishing, but we also do demolition work on most of our projects wether it be removing existing tile, flooring or carpet. We do not always have the time to dispose of the garbage this creates, and I am happy to say that City Junk Services has solved this problem for us. We had scheduled them in to pick up the old carpet, among some other garbage the day before, and they arrived the following day on time. They had all of the garbage loaded in about 10 minutes. Mathew and his team are extremely fast, efficient, timely, professional and cost effective. If you’ve got junk, give Mathew Barlett with City Junk Services a call, you won’t regret it.

Fabulous and economical service. Mathew was a great help to us as we were tying to figure out a time sensitive way to have appliances removed from a renovation project in Vancouver. We were out of town at the time so our options were limited. All it took was one phone call to Mathew, and he took care of everything for us without a worry. Mathew at City Junk saved the day. My sister and I flew in from Toronto in to empty out our moms home (after her passing) and had only 5 days to get it done. It was a huge job with many challenges but Mathew went above and beyond to help us get the job done. Even working with a next of nasty wasps! Mathew saved the day!
On a snowy icy day with hills in West Van - Mathew got the job done - same day!
I texted Matthew and he responded right away. He gave us a quote based on the photos. This was super helpful.
Within couple of hours, he was there for a pickup: so efficient, fair and pleasure to work with! So happy I found them!
It’s wonderful to have the local business who’s available to have small jobs done the same day!
