We were very impressed with Peter Cho from City Green. Peter completed the final EnerGuide evaluation efficiently and explained the process as he worked. Peter also explained the remaining steps in the grant/loan process. The same evening, we were pleasantly surprised to find an email from Peter to share the report and other documents. The email also clearly and concisely outlined the remaining steps in the process. It was clear that Peter is trying to provide the best service possible, and we appreciate his diligence. City Green submitted the report to the Greener Homes portal the next day (Friday before the Christmas long weekend), and we were able to upload our loan and grant information that day. Peter had also sent us an email with instructions for the grant process and the City Green receipts to submit.

His detailed and well-written, data-driven reports gave me the info I needed and helped me reduce my home's energy usage by 30%!

We used City Green Solutions (Peter Cho specifically) for an Energuide assessment back in 2018 and again recently (Dec 2022/Jan 2023) for our pre/post heat pump installation home inspections.

Connecting and scheduling with the City Green Solutions office team was fast and efficient. The inspections then happened on-time and as described.

Peter was amazing in his responsiveness to our follow-up questions by email and support throughout our Greener Homes grant application process.
