Avoid the guy with the beard he rips people off then lies about it.Me and my boyfriend had seven and a half giant bags of bottles mostly pop cans and bottles of water and got $59.Got ripped off around $11.He counts fast and rarely puts numbers on the cash register so he is just guessing(ripping off)

My boyfriend said I should atleast have $70 and the guys says oh you can check the camera. With how fast the guy was throwing bottles around counting fast cameras wouldn’t prove anything.

I recently brought in 19 boxes completely full of empty bottles of ensure for a friend plus 1 black garbage bag full of empty bottle and cans and 2litres plus 4 6packs cooler bottles plus a Walmart huge reusable bag of cans, bottles idk just empties. I never go to depot really and I don't know prices especially of ensure. I was given $28.50 . DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A RIP OFF. I was not given a receipt and he was rude I tipped him $5 because idk . Then I find out the ensure cases thems selves are around $40 , I don't remember because I was being screamed at by the I did favor for. So I end up having to pay for the money I was ripped off. This guy has a beard mid older . Just wrong on sooo many levels because the person I took them in for relires on this extra money to live. He would and the guy he was passing them to would remember me because he mentioned" that's a lot of ensure" stupid Mr replied yeah and I think it's just from one person they're not mine. Look at footage of aug for a gold jeep Patriot dropping off 19 cases of ensure , I would like to press charges .

Always kind staff. Family run business. 3 generations of the family that actually all work in the depot. Great people.

Staff are wonderful and courteous. Payout is accurate. The line up is usually long because this bottle depot is the best for its highly sought after redemption experience. I personally love the alley. My wife went into labour while we waited. They counted the bottles quickly and provided wet naps so I could deliver the baby into a sterile environment. Highly recommended.

I decided to count my recyclables today before coming in. The total was to be $12.10. On Oct 10 2023 at 5:03PM Doug @ CC01, at the very last window beside the street, the "man" looking around 30-35yo with short bear/moustache gave me $11 back. SHORT $1.10 I challenged him. He said we could check the cameras. Maybe they take advantage of the many homeless people that come here which is even worse. IF YOU decide to drop your recyclables at this depot, COUNT your recyclables and tell them upfront your count. Then count with them. To avoid being scammed. Or GO ELSEWHERE. Now I understand why some staff keep working at this place. For every $1 they steal/customer/hr staff can easily add up some $10-$20 extra per hour to their wages. I collect recycles to help fund a project I volunteer for. SCAM! CORRUPT!
