I was very fortunate to experience the foot detox followed by foot reflexology. Having these two treatments together is what my body and spirit needed to recharge, I slept like a baby that night. I have been having occasional foot reflexology treatments from Christine for a few years, but the last one was special. Recently I have been having great difficulty keeping my blood sugar levels down (I am an 80-year-old diabetic, and what used to work no longer does.) I asked Christine to pay special attention to this serious problem. Since my session a week ago, with no change in my eating habits or my insulin doses, my blood sugar has been in the normal range at every reading. I will be booking regular appointments in the new year!

I highly recommend the foot detox and reflexology treatments! Christine is very knowledgeable and explains the entire process thoroughly. She also takes the time to better understand your lifestyle and health concerns to help customize to your unique circumstances. I slept wonderfully and woke up with extra energy this morning.
