We called 7 Bin Rental companies and Omar was the ONLY one of them willing to come inspect the job site ( It's a tight fit - Picture added for reference ) and provide us with service, and was happy to accommodate us, this alone saves us 60 dollars PER day by not having it on the street.

We have gone through 3 bin rentals and every time we call ready to swap out bins - he is there the next morning with a clean bin and to haul away the full bin - the Bins themselves are in great shape, he is a fantastic driver ( tight space and he navigated it perfectly ) always on time, 10/10 customer service and is a genuine and nice person.

Needed a waste bin for my aunt's house in Richmond Hill. Had been shopping around for days calling and dealing with rude, over priced, heavily conditioned waste bin rental companies. Without neglecting to mention cheaper options related to the same bin I was looking to rent. I had even forgotten, to have the bin removed from the house for a day, and called the owner of the company. He was very reasonable and understanding, and did not charge me for the extra day. The level of service and understanding rendered to me is a very pleasing reminder that business are not always bureaucratic, but rather quite human.
