DONT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! I was quoted a certain price and time on the phone for my car bye the owner Rodger. The day of the driver was 5 hours late and we tried to get ahold of Rodger and he had no idea to where his driver was. The driver told us Rodger said a way lower price then what he expected so my partner called Rodger to confirm. Rodger started to yell and curse at my partner during the conversation. He was very unprofessional and rude. My car had already been lifted onto his truck, so we felt forced to go with the price. I called Rodger to give him a piece of my mind and he then yelled at me and proceeded to hang up on me. I have never dealt with such awful customer service before. This guy is a crook and would do anything for a quick buck.

Called on a Thursday to make an appointment for the following Monday, verified location, time and contact information. Waited for 2 hours past the appointment time, called the service and they said, "we had no record of your appointment, we'll call you back" then hung up. Contacted a different service and got my car towed quickly and efficiently. Would give 0 stars if possible.

No stars! Go to Scrapit.ca and get $3000.00 for your vehicle. Don't bother with these guys. Roger is rude, unprofessional, unethical and lazy. Told me my vehicle wasn't worth anything. agreed to drop off the license plates to me. Never saw or heard from him again. Phoned about the licence plates to cancel my insurance. He couldn't find them, couldn't remember the vehicle, probably hadn't even picked it up yet. Yelled at me for wanting my license plates back don't even go here. If you do complain to the BBB. You'll be mad as hell.

Called and was quoted a price for what they would pay for my car. The tow driver shows up and offers me literally 10% the quote. Then tells me there's no way I was quoted my original amount.. driver calls his boss and then they offered me half the original quote as a final offer. What terrible ethics to operate a business under you should be ashamed of yourself. Don't call these guys, there's other options available

Dont Waste Your Time! I called at 130pm and after arguing a bit about whether or not he can pay any money at all for my fair condition truck that runs good("because the scrap metal is only worth $40"), I was given a 1 1/2 - 2 hour ETA but possibly sooner.
So I waited around for 3 hours before calling them back to see if something happened, so at 430pm I call them back, Roger didn't even remember talking to me and said that "his tow truck driver is off for the day and to try again tomorrow, If only you had contacted us sooner we would of been able to come out today but its just too late."
like really lol I DID call earlier....
like is that how you do business just give ETA's to customers and then forget about them?
thanks for wasting my saturday afternoon.

They quoted me a much higher price on the phone and then gave me $50.
They drove over my hedge at the front of the house to pick up the car.
They hit another of my vehicles in the driveway when they were pulling out and did serious damage. It has been 3 weeks since this happened and they refuse to acknowledge the ICBC claim, even though the driver admitted hitting the truck.

Called a couple days ago and arraged to take away my truck at 2pm today. It is now 4pm and no one showed up. I didn't get a call either. I tried calling twice but there's no answer both times. It would've been ok if they called me and asked if we could arrange for another time, but no. I got nothing, so you will get nothing. Good bye.

I found these guys easy to deal with on the phone and they were prompt picking up the car. They were also honest about the amount I would get for my clunker and paid me in cash right away when they arrived. I recommend this service. Thanks!
