So I went to this bottle depot today with 5 masive garbage bags of bottles we counted prior 350 bottles roughly with about 150 cans they are extremely unorganized. 4 people grabbed my bottles and only 2 talked to the woman working the counter. EXTREMELY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER BOTTLE DEPOT. I'm within walking distance and can safely say I'll never go there again got back 5.30$

It used to be my favorite place to recycle. Never had any problems until today when I brought 10 big blue recycling bags full of bottles and have been told I had 386 bottles in total. There is no way in the world it was 38-39 bottles per bag. I clearly recall the guy telling me initially 863 (which would make more sense) and then he "changed" his mind to 386. I will find another place to recycle next time.

Further to your request, the order was placed on Saturday March 4th between 2:30 and 3:00-ish pm. I was in white Honda.

Hi again. You are right and I should put the credit where the credit is due. Thanks for taking every review seriously and spending time to address them. I have a couple of big blue bags full already and indeed the white large water bottles make the bags look full and I counted on average about 40 items per bag. That's what confused me. So I am changing my review to five starts and to avoid future confusion I will count the bottles myself. I wish we had more business owners like you.

This place rips you off. Went to this place over nether Gateway paid me $15 for what I had. Went to this place had glass bottle and more only gave me 8$ that doesn’t make any Sense. Don’t go there. It’s doesn’t matter if the people come off nice and try to explain to the difference. It’s not Worth coming here if it’s convenient they only rip you off.

I had a great experience, was a young lady that took take of me and she was very pleasant and polite, very quick and was really into her work, honestly looked like a star employee to me, would recommend going here because the service I got out this one lady was unbeatable by anyone else and made the whole experience A whole lot better, will be going back and hopeing to see her again, I wish I've gotten her name before i left but oh well, totally worth it in my opinion

Just a heads up that the Depot is not open 9-7, but rather 9-6 weekdays.

I give three stars because of the inconsistency of hours and the time spent to drive there for nothing. I don't know who's fault it is the depot or google, and as such, I'd rather not rate at all, as I have not experienced any dealings with the employees themselves. But, I must rate so three stars it is.
