I found my dealings with Canadian Niagara Power to be exemplary. My client wanted his LED lights installed by a specific date, to meet a deadline. Based on previous experiences with other hydro companies, my biggest fear was that the Save On Energy application would take several weeks to process, putting us past the timeline my customer was working with. Within a day and a half, the application had been approved, and we were ready to proceed. The job was completed well within the time frame my customer specified, and he was extremely happy. I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with all of my interactions, whether it was on the phone, through email or in person, with Taylor at CNP. I highly recommend their services.

Recently I assisted with helping South Niagara Life Ministries ( a non profit organization in Fort Erie) participate in an Energy Incentive Program by upgrading all of their older lighting to LED technology. Mike Tibollo was our contact person at CNP throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. He was able to step us through the process of getting our rebate and took care of submitting our claim and personally delivering our rebate check to us. Now that is
5 star service!! With the installation of the new bulbs and transformers where needed being donated to us by two volunteers the upgrade costs was minimized. Thanks to all who helped with this project.

Recently our church participated in an Energy Incentive Program. Mike Tobollo has been our contact person throughout the process. We wanted to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly individual Mike is. Mike kept us on track, told us about deadlines and assisted us through the process. He kept our needs forefront of all his actions which was greatly appreciated on our part. We are now experiencing better lighting in our church.
You receive a 10 out of 10 from us due to Mike's professionalism and efficiency!

I have been involved in several energy saving retrofits in apartment buildings including window replacements, lighting retrofits and most recently to upgrade the heating systems. Mike Tibollo and his team at CNP have guided us through these Save On Energy projects, worked seamlessly with our consultants and engineers and we are extremely pleased with the hydro savings we are realizing from these important projects. Thanks to Mike, Mary and the team at CNP for all the help!

As Provincial energy suppliers continue to raise electricity supply rates, our local utility distributor is working hard to help customers control rising cost through energy conservation programs. I have worked on numerous energy upgrades with the assistance of the CNP's Conservation and Demand Management staff. The financial assistance these programs offer has made the projects feasible for my company. Most upgrades offer a return on investment in under 2 years, and the savings increase each year thereafter as the cost of each kilowatt of power continues to rise. The cost of not becoming energy efficient is no longer affordable. I highly recommend CNP as one of the best utility operators in Ontario.

Recently our church participated in an Energy Incentive Program. Mike Tobollo was our lead contact person throughout the process. Mike dealt with the electrical supplier to ensure we would be able to source the proper fixtures to work within the church space in particular. The old 500 watts bulbs don't have a direct replacement. Mike investigated options and gave a recommendation based on not his knowledge, but a Lighting Suppier rep he had attend the church.

Our congregation noticed the change in lighting, brighter, clearer light with positive results.

Thanks to Mike, his co-workers and peers for the effort put forth to help ensure we achieved the best possible outcome.

My company, Canusa Logistics, recently upgraded our office and warehouse to LED lighting. Michael Tibollo from CNP coordinated the entire process including applying for rebates with the provincial government.
Not only did he supervise the design and installation but also saved us a lot of money. We really appreciate everything Mike and CNP did for us!
