This company claims best warranty in the industry until you actually need warranty. Costco hands down is 100% better. This company ignores their customers concerns, doesn't reply to emails or voicemail and choses to ignore you in hopes you go away.

Bought a new travel trailer with two Canadian Energy 6V batteries which had been topped up with mineral oil by the RV dealer which from what I understand is not reccomended by C.E. Anyway both batteries failed within the first year of ownership, after testing C.E. replaced both batteries no problem. Wouldn't you know it , our first camping trip out this year one of the new batteries would not hold a charge , tested with my multi meter. Phoned C.E. directly and Charles at the Langley branch with no questions asked arranged for me to replace it from one of there dealers in Nelson BC . A bit of a hassle having to drive and pick it up but we were camping not to far away. These things happen. All good now. Awesome customer service from Bianca on the front desk to the Manager Charles. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service! Bought a new 5 th Wheel with Canada Energy Batteries. They did not hold a charge as expected, so I called directly to Canada Energy and they went out of their way, listening and wanting to resolve the issue. I live about an hour away so the manager decided to replace the batteries immediately. The batteries were a month old.
This saved me another trip to pick them up when they were all tested which would of taken many hours.
I really appreciate the kindness and understanding expressed by Operations Manager Charl Smith and his Assistant Matt.

Ordered online and pickup at one of their distributors. Both batteries had bent posts which eventually broke off. Took it up customer service and it was dismissed as something I had done wrong. I am not sure if the distributor stacked the batteries to cause the bent post or if this was normal practice. Either way I am now out hundreds of dollars and I now have to broken batteries that can't be fixed.

I am a volunteer with Rabbitats Rabbit Rescue. We recently bought a bus to take our organization mobile. After calling around for replacement batteries I eventually was connected with Mark in the Langley office who has generously donated the 2 new batteries needed to get us up and running. Canadian Energy Vancouver is a compassionate company that cares about their community! We thank you so much for helping us save more abandoned pet rabbits.

I have been there few times, two times the seller was totally confused and lack of knowledge and also very slow. I waited 20 min until he took care finally of one customer. he is working there, other than that it is good place and good prices. Of course all other employees have been helpful so far.
they need to train the employee properly.
