We were travelling through from British Columbia and ran into problems with our coach AGM batteries. We found this company in St. John's, NL on Kenmount Road and despite being short staffed, they responded in an extremely helpful and accommodating manner.

Chris Skinner, the Branch Associate, was very engaged in our issues to resolve and made sure we had loaner batteries to get us through the weekend while he did his best to diagnose and attempt to salvage our existing batteries. Although our batteries could not be revived, we did receive very fair pricing on new replacements which Chris made sure were available in time to resume our travels.

I highly recommend their services and appreciate their efforts while short handed on staff and still getting us looked after and allowing us to continue our journey without delay.

i deal with these folks through work, they are always friendly and easy to get along with. very knowledgeable and have more than just batteries. off grid supplies and information for setting up and maintaining your system. pricing is very competitive and they have a very good product line. i recommend highly!

Never heard of the company until, I needed a couple of batteries: 1 for my 4 wheeler and 1 for my motorcycle. The price and the customer service was the best of any company that I have dealt with since I retired home 8 years ago.
Keep up the outstanding service.

We purchased 8 110 lb batteries after being told we would get 8 years out of them. Only got 8 months out of them before they stopped holding a charge. They told us we would get 27 dollars per battery back. Once we arrived they only gave 15 dollars per battery. They did not care at all. Basically said take it or leave it. Complete rip off, nothing but lies and poor customer service.
