Bought in Kamloops, tried to warranty in Kelowna. ?
Probably the worst batteries and warranty I've ever seen. Batteries didn't last 2 years, came over flooded. 2 completely died. They claim best warranty in the business yet they did nothing for our 3 VERY expensive batteries. They are closed on the weekends, the only time I can deal with them. Costco Energizer AGM offer 100% replacement for 60 months. Canadian energy only offered 18 months. Would like our money back on our cores you have of ours but can't even reach them to discuss as they are closed weekends. It's not the 80s, you should be open Saturdays at least.

Go anywhere but here for batteries. They are terrible quality, and the warranty is awful. If you should have an issue, they ignore you and hope you go away.. Costco is one of the best for warranty as another reviewer said..

Time came to replace the battery in the Mini Cooper countryman. I called up Canadian energy in Kelowna. They were able to quickly look up the correct battery and had a bunch in stock. Battery fit correctly and has a great warranty. Thanks for the quick assistance.

Poor customer service/management.
From what I’ve seen, they also have poor treatment of employees. Seems they dismiss any and all negative reviews publicly as being “friends of former unhappy employees” and takes them with, as they say, “a grain of salt”. Seems to be an easy out to actually caring about their customers and addressing issues.

Interstate has far better prices and will take your concerns seriously. Don’t waste your time or money

Have bought mobility scooter batteries a few times over the last 2 years and have always received great service and support from the staff. The last time a week ago I bought 2 batteries from them and it turned out that they did not fit (my fault for not having measurements) I returned the and bought the right size with no problems.

Brought the battery to 1891 Springfield rd kelowna at the end of the day, left it with them to see if it would charge up overnight... The manager called be just after he opened the next morning and said it was defective... no questions asked, he replaced it without showing any receipt. Excellent service and satisfied.
Definitely recommend them.

I got refurbished golf cart batteries for the second time from Canada Energy fo a really good price. Specially compared with Interstate. The first set was perfect for my RV. The second time a pair of batteries were not holding the charge and another pair was average. They did not have other refurbished batteries at the time when I came to return them. They were very helpful and apologize for the bad pair. The refurbished batteries have a 6 months warranty and they offer to replace them for new batteries. I was on a tight budget and thought I would have to settle for just 2 new batteries, but they made me the best offer possible on a set of 4 new batteries. Best after sale service ever. Thank you Canada Energy.
